Ultrasonography

The POCUS in PRACTICE ultrasound group at CAM AAU aims to support appropriate use of point-of-care ultrasound in general practice. Among other, the group conduct research in training and implementation of the use of point-of-care ultrasound, studies of clinical and health economic effects, quality development aspects, and explores perspectives for using point-of-care ultrasound for patients and general practitioners.

Our research is conducted in close collaboration with the Danish Society for Ultrasonographgy in General Practice (DAUS) (Link to Danish website) and involves a wide range of researchers associated to CAM AAU and other institutions at home and abroad.
